# Merge (String)

### Description
Similar to block `Merge`, but also transports the strings in the second column of `B` to both outputs (`A1` and `A2`).
Finds all items in `A` for which the second column matches an object from `B`.
Usually used to merge back objects which have previously been split.

### Input
- `A [OBJ,OBJ]`: a list of pairs to be searched
- `B [OBJ,STRING]`: a list of pairs to be merged with `A`

### Output
- `A1B2 [OBJ,STRING]`: from the first column of `A` only those items of which the second column matched with `B`, and the matching string from the second column of `B`
- `A2B2 [OBJ,STRING]`: items from the second column of `A` that matched with `B` and the matching string from the second column of `B`

Output scores can be [aggregated](docs://score_aggregation) and/or [normalised](docs://score_normalisation).
